Goût de France au Vietnam, c’est parti !

L’opération « Goût de France » ou « Good France » rassemblera le 19 mars 2015 plus de 1000 chefs dans le monde entier pour célébrer la gastronomie française. Dans chaque restaurant participant, sous la forme d’un dîner suivant un menu type, Goût de France rendra hommage à l’excellence de la cuisine française et de ses vins. Une sélection prestigieuse de restaurants à Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh Ville, Huê, Danang et Hoi An, réaliseront un dîner « à la française » pour une soirée exceptionnelle, ouverte au public. Venez nombreux !

La liste définitive des chefs participants a été dévoilée à Paris le 21 janvier 2015, lors d’un évènement auquel participeront Alain Ducasse, Président du comité de sélection « Goût de France » et Laurent Fabius, Ministre des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international, à l’origine de ce beau projet.
