Dear c. Loan, This is Huyen from Crown Relocations in Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks for your call yesterday afternoon, 8th Aug., 2013. As mentioned, in case Daniel can get Vietnamese nationality, we could import the shipment with two below options:

OPTION 1: He needs to work at a company operating in Vietnam. It is perfect if we could send the shipment with this option: 1/ Notarized copy of Daniel's Vietnamese passport (all pages)- 2 sets

2/ Copy of Daniel's labor contract. Copy should be stamped with company stamp- 2sets 3/ Notarized copy of Daniel's family record book (all pages) - 2 sets. 4/ Daniel's original entry and exit card (green card) - original one
5/ Letter of application to customs for customs clearance procedure. The letter needs to be printed on company letterhead, signed by Daniel and certified by the GM/ Chief Rep or head of OPS/HR/ADM of Daniel's company with company stamp (1 English, 3 Vietnamese)
6/ Letter of authorization which Daniel authorizes us to act on his behalf for customs clearance procedures. The letter needs to be printed on company letterhead, signed by Daniel and certified by the GM/ Chief Rep or head of OPS/HR/ADM of Daniel's company with company stamp (1 English, 3 Vietnamese)

OPTION 2: He does not work for any company. Please note that the option 1 is priority. However, we will try to clear customs for the shipment if Daniel is unable to meet the option 1. 1/ Notarized copy of Daniel's Vietnamese passport (all pages)- 2 sets 2/ Notarized copy of
marriage certificate
- 2 sets (If there is no certificate, we still can clear customs for the shipment but there will be some extra charges) 3/ Notarized copy of Daniel's family record book (all pages) - 2 sets. 4/ Daniel's original entry and exit card (green card) - original one 5/ Letter of application to customs for customs clearance procedure. The letter needs signed by Daniel (3 Vietnamese letters)
6. Letter of authorization which Daniel authorizes us to act on his behalf for customs clearance procedures. The letter needs to be signed by Daniel (3 Vietnamese letters) Please get back to me if you have any further query. Thanks and Regards,
